I cannot tell which plan fits. Which one?

Ask yourself who you want dealing with the problem. If you only want the computers looked after, Support. If you want someone to run the whole office and chase the vendors, Office. If you also want help with the email, the callbacks, and keeping track of customers, AI + ERP. Call us and we will tell you honestly, even if the answer is the cheaper plan.

Can I just pay by the hour?

Yes. Hourly is $200 an hour during business hours and $349 after hours, remote or on-site, 1-hour minimum. No drive charge in Lubbock; outside Lubbock it is $1 a mile, round trip. We keep a card on file or take payment up front. No contract. Plan customers go first, so there is no guaranteed response time. Hourly is reactive: we fix what broke. A plan is proactive: we watch and update the computers between calls, so fewer things break in the first place.

Is there a contract?

Not on Support. Leave any month. Office is 6 months and setup is free, or pay setup (one month of Office) and go month-to-month. AI + ERP is 12 months and setup is free, or pay setup (two months of AI + ERP) and go month-to-month. Leave before the commitment is up and you pay the setup you skipped. The commitment starts when everything is running, not the day you sign.

How fast do you answer?

A person in the Lubbock office answers the phone. The response time is how fast the work starts: within 4 business hours on Support, and 2 business hours on Office and AI + ERP. Hours, Monday to Friday, are 9am to 5pm on Support and 8am to 5pm on Office and AI + ERP.

Where do you come on-site?

Office includes on-site service anywhere in our service area: Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, and Amarillo. On Support, every visit is $100 an hour with a 1-hour minimum. On every plan, there is no drive charge in Lubbock, and drives outside Lubbock are $1 a mile, round trip. Past our service area, on-site time is billed hourly.

What happens in the reviews?

Office gets a quarterly review: what broke, what we fixed, what is getting old. AI + ERP adds training: a kickoff with your whole office, then a live AI class every month.

Can we try AI with one person first?

Yes. Put the office on Office, and give one person an AI agent for $250 a month more. Usually the owner. When the rest of the office wants one, move everyone to AI + ERP.

What does setup cost?

Nothing, if you commit. If you would rather go month-to-month, setup is one month of Office or two months of AI + ERP, billed once. It pays for moving your email, setting up phones and backup, and putting every computer on the plan. On AI + ERP, it also covers setting up Zoho, each agent, and the office kickoff. Support has no setup fee.

We have more computers than people.

Office and AI + ERP are priced per person, and each person's computer is covered. Shared, spare, or second computers are $99 a month each.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Either, and we pay for it and run it. Office and AI + ERP include one Business Standard license per person on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. A bigger license is quoted as the difference.

We help you meet the rules and keep the proof. We do not certify you, and your practice or firm still owns its obligations.

What is not in a plan?

New computers, new websites, and projects like a network rebuild or a move. A plan is for running the office. A build is a different job, and it gets a flat-rate quote before anyone starts. Hosting your existing website is free on Office and AI + ERP.
