PLAN STRUCTURE

Every plan applies company-wide. One tier per business so the SLA, the security posture, and the team structure all line up.

The per-user price covers one device per user. Additional devices for the same user bill at $20/device/month.

If a Copper customer wants unlimited remote support without upgrading to Steel, it's available as an add-on at $50/PC/month (Copper SLA still applies; on-site stays hourly).
