Privacy.

When you fill out the Blueprint form: your name, business name, phone, email, rough user count, and what you wrote in the message field. That is it.

When you visit the site: standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages viewed) and privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies and does not personally identify you.

We use Blueprint form submissions to call you back about your IT needs. They are stored in our ticketing system (Zoho Desk) and routed to the office for follow-up. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell or share the data with anyone.

We use server logs to keep the site running and protect against abuse. We use Plausible to count visits. Neither is used to track you across sites.

• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not sell your information.
• We do not show you a cookie banner because we do not set tracking cookies.
• We do not add you to a mailing list.

You can ask what we have, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for any purpose. Call (806) 370-4700. We respond within five business days, usually faster.

For active Managed IT clients, the Master Service Agreement governs how we handle your business data, including PHI under HIPAA when applicable. The MSA takes precedence over this policy for client data.
