Master Service
Agreement.
Every paid engagement runs under our standard Master Service Agreement (MSA). It is plain-English, fair, and structured to protect both sides.
About plans and prices
The plans and prices on robb.tech apply to new agreements starting October 6, 2026. If you already have an agreement with us, it keeps its current terms until we both sign an amendment.
01 Standard terms
We send the full MSA before any contract is signed. If you have a Blueprint visit scheduled, you can ask for a copy in advance.
Things you should expect to see in it:
- Support is month-to-month. Office is a 6-month commitment and AI + ERP is 12 months, with setup free. Or pay for setup (one month of Office, two months of AI + ERP) and go month-to-month. Leave before the commitment ends and you pay the setup you skipped. The commitment starts when everything is running. No multi-year lock-in.
- Your data is yours. Clean handoff if you leave: documentation, passwords, configurations.
- Standard exclusions: new projects, hardware costs, third-party software issues, ISP outages, acts of God.
- Client responsibilities: report issues, provide access, pay on time, designate a primary contact.
