Every paid engagement runs under our standard Master Service Agreement (MSA). It is plain-English, fair, and structured to protect both sides.

01 Standard terms

We send the full MSA before any contract is signed. If you have a Blueprint visit scheduled, you can ask for a copy in advance.

Things you should expect to see in it:

Month-to-month after the first 90 days. No multi-year lock-in.
Your data is yours. Clean handoff if you leave: documentation, passwords, configurations.
SLAs documented per tier (response and on-site times).
Service credits if we miss SLAs more than once per billing cycle (Titanium and Carbon).
Standard exclusions: new projects, hardware costs, third-party software issues, ISP outages, acts of God.
Client responsibilities: report issues, provide access, pay on time, designate a primary contact.
