Because the script that gives your team back ten hours a week is worth a lot more than $200.

─ THE PRINCIPLE

We do not compete on commodity break-fix. Babysitting a $200 printer is not a $300 service. That kind of work belongs inside a Managed plan, where it is bundled and predictable.

The hourly tier exists for engineering work where the value created in one hour is measured in employee-weeks saved.
